Interested in Private or Duet/Trio Sessions?
Attention: Registration is required for everything
- We recommend the New Client Special for all clients before joining in-studio classes
- Privates, Duets, Trios and New Client Specials are Appointments scheduled at your convenience – request sessions here
- Classes are 4 people or more scheduled in a permanent time slot (See Below)
- Equipment classes run with a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 4 so you get lots of attention … but registration is required!
- If a class is full, join the waitlist. You will be notified by email if a slot opens.
- All Appointments and Classes have a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy
We build our schedule around you and we’re always ready to add more classes!
Once 3 or more people request a time… we add it to the schedule as a regular class. So call and tell us when you want to work out!
