Can I see more than one teacher?
We encourage you to work out with several teachers. We all have different styles and sometimes you just prefer a certain teacher. That’s great – we want you to have a great workout just the way you like it!
How big are the classes?
Equipment classes run with a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 5 so you get lots of attention … but registration is required! If only 1 person signs up for class – class may be canceled – the teacher may contact you to reschedule.
If a class is full, join the waitlist. You will be notified by email if a slot opens.
We build our schedule around you and we’re always ready to add more classes! Once 3 or more people request a time… we add it to the schedule as a regular class. So call and tell us when you want to work out!
What equipment can I work on? What if I only want to work on one piece of equipment?
Our Pilates equipment sessions can include Reformer, Tower, Chair, Ladder Barrel and small props like foam rollers, pilates arc, BOSU, etc. Your teacher will decide what equipment to use for the session, however, we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
